Katrina Mitchell is a sales, marketing and business-development professional and the founder and CEO of SPEAK!, an agency that links compelling speakers with discerning audiences worldwide. Katrina’s background in business-to-business sales and marketing began during her years in print magazine sales, where she worked with ad agencies and advertising directors to craft compelling solutions that helped her clients’ messages reach their target audiences.

From 2003-2007, Katrina was the owner of the Boulder, Colorado location of a global franchise, Bark Busters, an award-winning dog training approach.  Katrina learned first-hand the challenges and rewards of owning an effectively run franchise operation.

SPEAK! was launched in 2008, when Katrina saw the need for a service that provides a match of experienced speakers, trainers, facilitators and business consultants with franchisors, corporate event planners, and association leaders who are looking for dynamic delivery and actionable take-aways for their audiences.
