Gair Maxwell

A former radio and television host, Gair has been on many sides of the franchise fence.  In the trenches as a franchisee that ultimately went bankrupt, owning another that ultimately proved successful (even after the franchisor closed their doors), and 10 plus years as a key strategic partner for a 130-unit system that went on to win Canadian Franchisor of the Year honors. 

Gair believes great franchises are like great families.  And his presentations are aimed at helping everyone in the system; from people at head office to franchisees in the field experience a greater sense of belonging, belief in what their franchise is all about, and a realization that they contribute to a cause greater than any individual locations.
