Program Information
With today’s technology allowing people to lay Google tracks all over the Internet, many forget to apply a strategic focus to help build or manage their brand. A brand is not as much what you say you do but how others talk about you. This program will help individuals and organizations see the importance of applying design, content and engagement strategies to their social media activities. We also dive into specific tools to help in brand management.
FORMAT: This can be delivered as a keynote or a deep-dive breakout
It is no longer enough to have a website for our businesses. Consumers want to engage on blogs, wikis, Facebook fan pages and more. They aren’t reading our ads, they’re not opening our e-zines, and they certainly are not picking up the phone when we make cold calls.
Sales and marketing were critical skills yesterday, but today the skill needed to succeed in business is conversing. We must create, build, and manage our brand using conversations on-line. Although this can seem daunting to some, it is easier than ever before to share your expertise, engage with consumers and build your business using social media tools.
60-90 min presentation. Included in this program is a 60-minute open forum conference call 1-2 weeks after the live event for participants to call in with questions that arise as they implement the new tools.
