  • We had David Nour return to NAHAD recently to deliver his Co-Create keynote and he definitely delivered. Building on his Relationship Economics keynote at our national convention several years ago, he did a great deal of due diligence before he got on our stage, proactively engaged our audience of senior executives, company principles, and SMB owners (loved his interactive polling), and kept the audience attentive during his entire session.

    Molly Alton Mullins, COO Thompson Management Associates
  • I’ve had the pleasure of hearing many great speakers during my 27 years with PMA. So it takes someone exceptional to cut through the clutter and make a unique impression. You did that and then some.

    Bryan Silbermann, CAE - President & CEO Produce Marketing Association
  • …I heard you speak at the ASAE Annual Meeting in Atlanta. I found you to be a gifted professional speaker and dramatically more insightful than most typical associated-related presenters. During our introductory lunch, you provided ample value in your understanding of our growth challenges and piqued my curiosity to seek your advisory services.

    Stefano Bertuzzi, Ph.D, M.P.H. – Executive Director American Society for Microbiology
  • During David’s presentation, our audience of more than 700 elected officials and city staff members were extremely engaged, as evident by a few distracted mobile users or anyone who left the session early! He used appropriate humor, was personable yet thought-provoking in conveying his ideas. Needless to say, David’s presentation was the buzz of the conference long after his session.

    Michael Sittig, Executive Director Florida League of Cities, Inc
  • As a senior executive at an association I have heard and hired many speakers and not all have hit the mark each time. However, from the first time I engaged you on short notice through subsequent engagements following you have always hit the mark and exceeded my expectations and most importantly, those of the audiences you have addressed for us.

    Duffy Wilbert, CAE, Former SVP of Member Services InfoComm International
  • Thank you so much for presenting at the 2011 Amerinet Member Conference in Orlando, Fl. The session was a huge hit and so well received. As you know, social networking is relatively new to the healthcare field and most of our attendees came into your session knowing very little about how it can apply to them. At the end of the session and in follow up emails, I received more requests for your information than any other speaker— and this is saying a lot, considering many of the other speakers were from the Disney Institute.

Mastering the Co-Create Effect

This keynote shows you how to get others to invest their time and effort in your organization’s success… and what you need to offer them in return. Co-creation is about creating market gravity that pulls customers, employees, and partners towards your franchise concept. Co-creation fosters brand influence that leads others to engage in actions and attitudes that lift your franchise and its unique offerings above the market noise. Co-creation changes your position from keeping up with market changes to leading innovative solutions. Co-creation creates a sense of purpose that attracts talent and builds momentum for your franchise. But, co-creation only works when both sides reduce their self-interest. This doesn’t mean anyone forgets their self-interest; it means all parties believe they are dramatically stronger together. Employees believe they have a vested interest in the growth and prosperity of your franchise. Partners feel they have a stake in your success and thus bring more than products or services to the table. Customers live, eat, breathe their experience journey every day and can provide unique insights into both current as well as anticipated franchise needs.

Join us as we invite David Nour, senior leadership advisor, international speaker, and best-selling author of Relationship Economics and Return on Impact to share key insights from over 100 executive interviews with global innovators who are co-creating their future. Learn how they deliver unprecedented innovation, exceptional talent development, and extraordinary growth and profitability. Welcome to the Co-Create Economy where you can’t create your future success alone!

  • 60 minutes of highly engaging & entertaining content; solid overview of the foundational Co-Create concepts;
  • Specific business cases on the quantifiable and strategic value of business relationships, creating a culture of innovation, and leading transformational journeys;
  • Practical and pragmatic tools to more effectively create exceptional customer experiences including the Co-Create Canvas;

Relationship Economics®

The Art & Science of Relationships

Your personal and professional success depends on the diversity and quality of your relationships with others. Yet most of us don’t invest enough time, energy, and resources building and nurturing key relationships critical to our success. That’s where Relationship Economics comes into play. Relationship Economics isn’t about networking. It’s about learning how to invest in people for an extraordinary return. It’s about exchanging Relationship Currency, accumulating Reputation Capital and building your Professional Net Worth. To do this effectively, you need to adopt proven practices that most people ignore or only use sporadically. David Nour, author of the best-selling book Relationship Economics, will share insights from his two decades of research in how to build, nurture, and leverage your strategic relationships. His framework provides a focused road map for individuals and organizations to:

  • Develop new skill sets in building productive and value-based relationships towards the achievement of quantifiable goals
  • Leverage personal relationships to convert ideas into results
  • Build a disciplined follow-up plan to nurture and grow impactful business relationships

From David’s session, the audience will learn:

  • How well are you building and nurturing your perishable relationships?
  • Is your portfolio of relationships equally balanced between its quantity, quality, and diversity?
  • Do you effectively leverage Relationship Currency to create long-term and preferential access and opportunity?
  • Are you producing a Return on Your Relationship Investments?
  • What’s the cost of NOT building a viable network with return access?
Return on Impact

Disruptive Technologies Impacting Your Business Model

It’s a common fact that many new technologies have formed in the last decade or so. Consequently, they’ve disrupted your business model and possibly force you to change the way you do things. This talk is all about helping businesses to respond to the changing market dynamics. You’ll learn how to adapt and relate to brand new and powerful ways. I teach the audience how consumers now have more power than ever, thanks to SMAC (Social, Mobile, Analytics, and Cloud) and how your business can adapt to this.

Adaptive Innovation

Adaptable Business Models for Changing Market Demands

This topic focuses on how you can create a sustainable advantage that’s based on a relationship-centric culture. As the keynote speaker, I inform the audience on how you can improve your market value and bounce back from any failures. For many, this is a very complex and difficult topic to understand. However, I deliver the keynote speech in the simplest form possible, allowing everyone to grasp what’s happening.
