Through his work with hundreds of leading franchise brands, including Goodyear, Coles Mayer, Choice Hotels, Baskin Robins, Hertz, Subway and Thrifty Rent a Car, Troy has a detailed view of what makes a franchise work.

In 2006, his business experience was recognized when Troy Hazard served a term as Global President for the internationally respected business group, The Entrepreneurs’ Organization, leading over 6,600 of the world’s brightest young business people.
