Many of you have been awaiting the results of the Franchise Relationships Institute’s (FRI’s) most recent ground-breaking research, the Franchise Excellence Research Report. This study presents the long-awaited results of FRI’s 2011/2012 Franchisee Success Study — a large, scientific study into what drives franchisee performance and satisfaction in today’s environment. This report contains data from 1,852 franchisees who completed an in-depth 210 item questionnaire assessing how their backgrounds, lifestyle, work habits and personal characteristics impact on their success.
The Franchise Excellence Research Report provides evidence-based guidance in how to recruit, train, support and lead franchisees throughout their journey. It also contains a new model, “The Franchisee Wheel of Excellence”, that franchisors can use to assist franchisees achieve operational excellence.
